SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

When you purchase a subscription from Dead Tired Coffee, you authorize recurring deliveries and charges based on the frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled order until you cancel your subscription.

The product subscription price you agreed to will remain locked in while your subscription stays active. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may change.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting Dead Tired Coffee through our website. To prevent another charge, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled order is processed.

If an order has already been charged or entered processing before the subscription is canceled, the cancellation will apply to future orders. That current order remains subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Your order confirmation emails contain links to view and manage your subscription. Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
