Our Cold Brew Coffee is best described as a smooth, powerful, and deeply flavorful coffee built specifically for cold brewing.
This coffee opens with a rich chocolate depth that immediately gives the cup a smooth, substantial foundation. As it develops, a nutty richness comes through, followed by subtle hints of fruit and a touch of molasses-like sweetness that adds depth without making the coffee overly sweet. A soft floral note settles into the finish, giving the darker flavors a clean, mellow ending rather than a heavy or burnt one. The slow cold extraction naturally keeps the sharper acidity subdued, allowing the chocolate, nuttiness, sweetness, and full body to take center stage.
This coffee lets time do its thing. From rich chocolate to nutty depth, subtle fruit, molasses-like sweetness, and a soft floral finish, all pulled slowly into one powerful cup. No sharp bite. No burnt edge. Just a clean, full-bodied cold brew that hits smooth and steady from start to finish.

Why It Stands Out:
This coffee is built specifically for cold brewing. The beans are selected for their naturally smooth, nutty character, while the roast develops the chocolate, subtle fruit, and deeper sweetness that become especially noticeable through a long, slow extraction.
The result is a cold brew with enough strength to make its presence known without relying on bitterness. Rich chocolate and nuttiness form the foundation, subtle fruit brings complexity, and the molasses-like sweetness rounds everything out before finishing with a mellow floral depth. Smooth does not mean weak here. This coffee has power behind it.
Best Brewing Methods:
- Cold Brew using freshly coarse-ground beans for the smoothest, richest expression of this blend. A long cold extraction brings the chocolate and toffee forward, softens the acidity, and allows the lighter floral character to remain in the finish.
- Nitro Cold Brew for taking that same chocolate and toffee richness, with an even smoother, creamier mouthfeel.
- French Press for a hot alternative that maintains more of the coffee’s natural oils and body, bringing the chocolate and deeper sweetness forward while creating a noticeably different experience from the cold brew it was designed for.
For cold brew, we recommend grinding whole beans coarse immediately before brewing, or choosing Coarse if you don't have a grinder. A coarse grind holds up better during the long extraction and helps produce the smooth, full-bodied character this coffee is made for.
Recipe for Cold Brew:
For a smooth, strong cold brew, start with 1 cup of coarse-ground coffee to 4 cups (32 oz.) of cold, filtered water. Combine the coffee and water in a large jar or cold brew pitcher, making sure all of the grounds are fully saturated. Cover and refrigerate for 12–18 hours. The longer it steeps, the stronger and deeper the flavor will become.
Once brewed, strain the coffee through a fine-mesh strainer, cold brew filter, or cheesecloth until the grounds are completely removed. Serve over ice and enjoy it straight for a powerful cold brew, or add water, milk, or creamer to taste.
Recommendation: Cold Brew glass pitchers are what we personally have. This is the half-gallon, with the strainer included. It's all you need, and it's only around $20.
Start tasting around the 12-hour mark. For a smoother, lighter cup, strain it earlier. If you like your cold brew dark, powerful, and unapologetically strong, let it go up to 18 hours.
Choose your grind:
Level 1. Espresso: Very fine. Rich, smooth, intense. Built for espresso machines.
Level 2. Standard: Medium grind. Smooth, balanced, reliable. Best for drip machines (Coffee Pots) and Keurig (reusable pods).
Level 3. Coarse: Large grind. Bold, smooth, and low bitterness. Best for cold brew.
Level 4. Whole Bean: Full beans. For maximum freshness and full control. Grind coarse immediately before cold brewing for the freshest experience.
